News: RIP Phelps "Catfish" Collins

On August 6, Phelps "Catfish" Collins passed away due to cancer. While many might be more familiar with his brother Bootsy, Catfish himself leaves a long, storied musical career. I'll let the obituaries that are out there tell the story, but for someone like me who loves the music of P-Funk and James Brown, Catfish's contributions have and will always inspire me.
